Sunshine!

It was a balmy 50 degrees today, so we had to take advantage. We went for a walk (bike ride for Soph) and to the playground. Lola Mae had her first time in the swing, which she loved. She refused to keep her arms up like normal, she kept shoving them down through the leg holes. It's hard to tell, but she was having a great time. She laughed the whole time she was in there.

Random

Some recent pictures of Lola Mae. She LOVES Henry. She giggles like crazy every time he gets anywhere near her. And her in her little jeans-so cute.

Gross!

Ok, Lola Mae's drool is legendary. Now that she has a little cold, we get to add snot to the mix. Very gross, but very funny none the less.

Happy Baby

Is there anything in this world better than a happy baby? I'll answer that. NO! I feel like the most blessed mom on the planet to have a baby with such a joyful soul.

Dinner Time!

Since Lola Mae is participating in dinner time now, there is never a dull moment. Sophia is a really big helper, even when Lola Mae thinks she is full. It's very entertaining.

The Holidays

Christmas was a blast all around. We got to go home for a very short week and visit family to introduce Lola Mae to most of them. It was way too short-as always-and we are sorry to all of our friends that we could not visit. We only saw family this time. We hope everybody had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We're Ready!!

Here are a few pictures of the inside of the house. If you have seen the movie Elf, you know what my inspiration was. Some are taken only by the light of the tree, but it's the only way to get the true sense of my winter wonderland! Cole and I got a little competitive making snowflakes. I won't say which ones are mine (but they rock).

Tea Time

We happened upon a tea party that Sophia had set up for her and some friends the other day. She did the whole thing by herself. Even the table cloth (her baby's blanket). She passed out "tea" and cookies to her guests and they had a good old fashioned tea party. It was priceless.

The List

Sophia asked me for some paper and a pen so she could make a list. No big deal she always makes her own grocery list anyway. Then she comes to me and asks for "this many pieces" of tape, and she held up four fingers. I gave it to her of course. Then a few minnutes later I went into the living room because she said I "had to see this". She showed me that she had made her Christmas list and put it on the wall so Santa would see it. So we are leaving it for him to see...
