Lola Mae is still such a blessing. She is so sweet and cuddly. Everything is going great. Her hair is slowly getting more red in it. I think it'll be auburn like Cole's hair. I love it!
OK, I know I'm behind on the blog. Sue me. Nana and Rachel visited for a week (a couple of weeks ago). It was alot of fun. The girls got to build sand castles and play alot, and Nana got to hold lola Mae almost constantly. She even helped the girls make me breakfast in bed one morning. It was awesome.
We had Sophia's 3rd birthday party Sunday. She really enjoyed wearing her birthday princess hat, and some of the decorations are still up because she doesn't want it to end just yet.
This first week at home has been.....quiet. She's a sleeper just like Sophia was. Sleep, eat, poop. Repeat. Sophia is having fun loving her and so are we. It's great. She didn't even mind her first sponge bath.
Lola Mae came into the world Friday the 18th weighing in at a whopping 7 lbs 8 oz. We are all doing great. Sophia is the proudest big sister ever. We have been blessed again with another sweet baby girl and couldn't ask for more!
Here is Sophia's kitten, Henry. We love him, but as Sophia is quick to point out, he's "not right". This is a favored sleeping position. He just doesn't notice he is slowly drifting off the couch.
We went to Busch Gardens in VA for Kristy's 30th birthday over Memorial Day weekend. It was awesome and we all had a blast-especially Sophia. We spent lots of time with the Clydesdales-no surprise. On the way back Sunday we stopped at Chincoteague Island, VA to see the wild ponies. It was fun too, but we were busched!
